Product Description

This single sided wooden daikon julienne shredder has a long slicing surface and sharp blades for precise and easy julienne shredding. Ideal for using with daikon radish that need slicing into 6mm wide sizes for preparing kiriboshi-daikon (dried daikon). After slicing we recommend sun drying on the Bamboo Colander to achieve the perfect dehydrated and sweet daikon radish.
