Product Description

This wide wooden Japanese mandoline slicer has a long slicing surface and a very sharp blade for precise and easy slicing. Ideal for using with cabbage, onions, leeks and other vegetables or fruits that need thinly slicing. The blade can be adjusted with a screw on the backside in order to change the slice thickness required (up to 4mm).
