This single sided wooden julienne shredder has a long slicing surface and sharp blades for precise and easy julienne shredding. Ideal for using with carrots, daikon and burdock root that need slicing into small matchsticks sizes for sushi, pickles, salads, rice paper rolls, etc.
The cutting blades measure 2mm in width. The ability to slice ingredients very thinly makes this piece a versatile and well loved kitchen essential.
